Aeross Journal is a student-led multidisciplinary academic journal dedicated to showcasing rigorous, original research from undergraduate and postgraduate students across all academic disciplines. We believe that student researchers deserve a credible platform to share their work with the wider academic community, and our peer-informed review process ensures that every published paper meets a high standard of scholarly quality. Whether your work spans the natural sciences, engineering, social sciences, humanities, or emerging interdisciplinary fields, we welcome submissions that demonstrate intellectual depth, methodological soundness, and a meaningful contribution to your area of study.
Please read the following requirements carefully before beginning your submission. Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in your paper being returned without review.
To ensure consistency and readability across all published papers, submissions must conform to the following structural guidelines. Papers that deviate significantly from this structure may be returned for revision before entering the review queue.
Your title should be clear, specific, and accurately reflect the scope and focus of your research. Avoid vague or overly broad titles. A good title allows readers to immediately understand what your paper investigates and why it matters. Titles should generally not exceed 20 words and should avoid unnecessary jargon or abbreviations that are not widely recognized in your field.
The abstract must be a self-contained summary of between 150 and 300 words. It should concisely cover four elements: the research problem or question you are addressing, the methodology or approach you used, the key findings or results, and the broader implications or conclusions of your work. The abstract should be written in the past tense for completed work and must not include references, citations, or undefined abbreviations. Reviewers frequently use the abstract to make initial judgments about a paper's suitability, so clarity and precision here are especially important.
Select the primary academic field that best categorizes your research from our predefined list. Available fields include, but are not limited to: Engineering, Physics, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Computer Science, Biology, Chemistry, Economics, Psychology, Environmental Science, and Social Sciences. If your work is genuinely interdisciplinary and spans multiple fields, select the one most central to your methodology or research question. Choosing an accurate field helps us assign your paper to the most suitable reviewers.
List all individuals who made a substantive intellectual contribution to the research — including those involved in conception, design, data collection, analysis, or writing. Each author must be added using their registered Aeross user ID. The submitting author is automatically listed as the primary contact for all correspondence regarding the paper. The order in which authors are listed should reflect the conventions of your discipline and must be agreed upon by all co-authors prior to submission. Adding individuals as authors who did not contribute to the research (honorary or gift authorship) is a violation of our academic integrity policy.
Upload your complete paper as a single PDF file. The PDF should include all sections of the paper — title, abstract, main body, figures, tables, acknowledgements, and references — compiled into one document. Supplementary materials, datasets, or appendices may be included at the end of the same PDF. We do not accept Word documents, LaTeX source files, or any format other than PDF. The maximum file size is 20 MB. Ensure your PDF is not password-protected or restricted in any way, as this will prevent our team from opening it.
Every submission to Aeross Journal goes through a structured review process designed to maintain the integrity and quality of our published work. The typical timeline from submission to a final decision is 2–4 weeks, though this may vary depending on reviewer availability and the complexity of your paper.
Submitting a paper to Aeross Journal does not guarantee publication. We reserve the right to accept or reject any submission based on its academic quality, relevance to our readership, and adherence to our submission guidelines. A rejection decision is not a reflection of the value of your work overall — it may simply indicate that the paper is not the right fit for our journal at this time.
Authors are permitted to submit only one paper at a time. If you have an existing submission currently under review, you must wait for a final decision before submitting a new paper. Simultaneous submission of the same paper to another journal or platform while it is under review at Aeross is not permitted and may result in permanent disqualification from the platform.
If you have questions about the submission process, formatting requirements, or the status of an existing submission, please contact our editorial team through the support section of your account dashboard. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.
